At OM Aquarium, we are committed to providing high-quality aquarium equipment and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged by misuse, or altered are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Customized or special-order products.
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the shipping package

We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund whenever appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
